Commitment:
If you accept a Blueprint Graduate Match we ask that you commit to properly
integrating that individual into your board as soon as possible in accordance
with to your Governance by-laws.
Application Process:
Agencies are required to submit the following to apply for the program:
- Complete application – 2 pages with signature

- Include a Brochure/Flyer/Collateral piece for your agency
- Application Deadline: Due on or before April 14, 2010
- MANDATORY* Agency Orientation, April 30, 2010, 11:30 AM -
12:30 PM
- OPTIONAL** Agency Fair, April 30, 2010, 1-3 PM
Requirements and Other Important Information:
- It is a requirement of application that your agency be a
member in good standing with the Center.
- It is important that you complete all applicable blanks on this form in their entirety. First consideration will be given to completed and timely applications.
- It is a requirement of application that all agencies have one executive staff or board member attend a mandatory agency orientation, April
30, 2010, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM at the Center for Community Cooperation,
2900 Live Oak, Oak Corner Building.
- Additionally, your organization has the optional opportunity to participate in an agency fair on April
30, 2010 from 1-3 PM, following the mandatory orientation.
- As the demand from agencies consistently outweighs the supply of graduates, application is by no means a guarantee of board matching.
2010 Timeline:
- April 14, 2010: Agency Applications Due
- April 30, 2010, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: MANDATORY Agency Orientation
- April 30, 2010, 1-3 p.m.: OPTIONAL Agency Fair
- June 14-18, 2010: Agencies notified of a Blueprint Board Match
- June 22, 2010: Graduation Celebration. Matched agencies are invited to attend and celebrate the graduation of their newest board member.
