Eligibility Requirements:
Your agency must be a Member in good standing with the Center for Nonprofit Management. Not a member agency yet? Click here for membership information.

Program Commitment:
If you accept a Blueprint Graduate Match we ask that you commit to properly integrating that individual into your board as soon as possible in accordance with to your Governance by-laws.

Application Process:
The Application Process to request a 2008 Blueprint Graduate Match is now closed.

Applications for the 2009 matching process will be available in January 2009.
*As the demand from agencies consistently outweighs the supply of graduates, application is by no means a guarantee of board matching.

Matching Process:
A committee of individuals from the program’s advisory board work diligently to match individual talents, interests, skills, availability and geography to the agency’s demographics and needs taking into account the agency’s current board gender and ethnic makeup so as to meet our program mission.

2008 Timeline:

  • April 18, 2008: Agency Applications Due.  Application process now closed.
  • June 16-20, 2008: Graduates are matched with their prospective agency. Agencies will be notified of a Blueprint Board Match at that time.
  • June 24, 2008: Graduation Celebration. Matched agencies are invited to attend to celebrate the graduation of their newest board member.

Pricing:
There is no cost to agencies beyond their traditional Membership Dues.
