Eligibility Requirements:
Professionals who are of an ethnic minority origin and have a passion for community leadership.

Program Commitment:
42 hours of training, as well as a commitment to serve as a board member with a Center for Nonprofit Management member agency in a volunteer capacity for the elected or appointed term.
