90-minute presentation includes a pre-training interview with the Board
President to determine areas to emphasize during the training. The half-day
workshop includes pre-workshop interviews with the Executive Director
and Board President to provide the areas to emphasize during the workshop,
and to provide information about the agency, the current function of
the board and board/staff relations. We also provide a full-day workshop
and facilitated Board retreats. Our Board Trainings/ Workshops are an
