CNM’s Board Optimization Package assists nonprofit Boards of Directors in assessing their current level of performance and incorporating Best Practices in governance to achieve the highest level of board performance for the benefit of their organization.

Board Optimization Components:
Each customized 4-hour Board Training includes:

• Consultant-administered on-line Board Assessment Survey of all Board Members
• Telephone interviews with 2 key stakeholders
• Board Training Handbook for each Board Member
• Customized Board Optimization Toolkit
• Best Practices Guide to Nonprofit Management

Option: Consultant will attend 2 board meetings and 2 committee meetings and provide recommendations for best practices for an additional fee.
