- 32nd annual leadership and board training conference for new and experienced nonprofit agency personnel, board members, and community volunteers
- Morning Keynote: “It’s All Related: Collaborating for the Common Good” Oscar Joyner and Thomas Joyner, Jr.
- Luncheon Keynote: “Doing What’s Right in the Pursuit of a Just and Safer Dallas County” Craig Watkins, District Attorney for Dallas County
- 45 morning and afternoon break-out sessions covering 6 tracks:
- Resources/Fund Development,
- Leadership/Board Governance,
- Financial Management,
- Information Technology
- Community Outreach and Marketing/PR, and
- Volunteer Management.
