| Working Together to Build
a Stronger Community The Collaboration Program serves as a
catalyst for community building and resource sharing. We convene nonprofit
organizations to work together to achieve greater impact in delivering
their mission and building a stronger community.
Our facilitators are experienced consultants with specialized training
in group processes. We can provide support in problem solving, conflict
resolution, teamwork, process improvement and planning. We tailor our
approach to meet your specific needs and accomplish your desired outcomes.
Some areas of collaboration at the Center include:
- Strategic Restructuring and/or Mergers – Two or more
organizations explore partnering options, build a shared vision, negotiate
critical issues, and plan for mergers, consolidations, joint ventures
and other types of strategic alliances
- Board and Staff Retreats – We are experts at designing
effective meeting strategies and facilitating events that produce results.
We will work with you to plan an agenda that accomplishes your goals
for team building and strategic planning. During the event, we will
guide the process, capture discussion and ideas and encourage 100% participation.
After the event we help create action plans to ensure effective follow-up.
Whether you need one master facilitator or a team of facilitators, we
can help.
- Collaboration – When agencies need to work together
towards a shared purpose, we facilitate the group’s best thinking
and draw out the wisdom and experience of each stakeholder to build
a shared vision of success. We work with city and county municipalities
or a group of agencies to assist in creating new organizations, projects
and task forces, from beginning to end -- concept, design, infrastructure,
facilitation, and implementation.
Services are available to 501(c)(3) nonprofit agencies and their partners.
Specially trained, neutral facilitators make this program unique.
