A Help Desk That Really Helps The subscription for the
Center’s Tech Support Help Desk is free and calls or e-mails are
only $30 per incident. Subscribers can also request field
support for $60 per hour (mileage may be charged for trips outside a
fifteen mile radius of North Dallas/Richardson).
Basic pricing: $30 per call to the Help Desk
