Job Title: Executive Director
Post Date: 5/27/2009
Description: Neighborhood Youth and Family Counseling seeks a visionary Executive Director to lead an established non profit to the next level. This agency provides professional counseling, victim's advocacy, and intervention services to individuals, couples, families, and organizations in the Richardson community. It also administers the City's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Partnering with the Board of Directors, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience; a business background and a proven record of generating funding from a variety of sources; strong public and community relations experience to enhance the visibility of the agency; and the competency to effectively manage the financial affairs and assets of the agency. Also experience working in a 24/7 environment is desirable. A background check is required. A bachelors degree in business administration, public administration, social work or related field is required. An advanced degree is a plus.
