Job Title: Program Manager - Substance Abuse Program

Description: Looking to make a difference in the lives of others? The Salvation Army CPC Social Services Center is seeking a qualified and experienced Program Manager for our Substance Abuse Treatment Program. Must have current LCDC and have Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Science, Psychology or related area, plus 5 years of experience as a supervisor in substance abuse field. Program Manager will supervises and schedules the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff and program and ensures compliance with contract requirements and licensure standards; supervises counselors including staffing, scheduling, reports and appropriate record keeping; supervises and coordinates counseling staff and case aide training and development; conducts the program in such a manner as to ensure maximum benefits to clients and community; uses the agencys resources, staff and volunteers in an appropriate manner in general areas and in specific assignments; maintains and monitors agency guidelines and procedures in regard to program and client welfare.
