Job Title: Program Manager - Men's Shelter Care

Description: Looking to make a difference in the lives of others? The Salvation Army CPC Social Service Center in Dallas is seeking a Program Manager for our Men's Shelter. Plans, directs, coordinates, and monitors the day-to-day operations of a Mens Social Service Program which provides the following: Transitional Living Services, Homeless Services, Emergency Services, Crisis Intervention Services; develops, implements, and evaluates program operations and services; supervises all program staff and ensures work is in compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations; prepares and monitors program expenditures in compliance with program budget; monitors and evaluates the day-to-day clinical, medical, technical and support program operations to ensure compliance with the standard Operations Procedure for Program and contract/licensure requirements in program area; serves as primary contact and liaison to contract/licensure representatives, responds to program operation questions, interprets and enforces policies and procedures in program; assists in program audits, and develops/communicates procedural changes necessary to make corrective action to ensure compliance with changing contract/licensure requirements. Bachelors Degree in Social Work, or related degree and Licensed Social Worker preferred. $43-45,300 per year DOE. Excellent benefits.
