Job Title: Community & Client Services Director (CCSD)
Post Date: 1/25/2010
Description: AIDS Arms, Inc. is seeking a Community & Client Services Director to manage all programs within Community & Client Services. This position exists for the purpose of providing direction, management and support to various programs including case management, client intake, community outreach, HIV/STD prevention and testing, and other psychosocial services. Primary responsibilities include supervising staff and overseeing programs; direct involvement with program development and administration; developing and maintaining strong partnerships with sponsors and service providers within the HIV community; assisting with writing grant proposals; and developing and managing Community & Client Services policies and procedures. This individual will be expected to participate at agency fundraising events as necessary. Supports fundraising efforts in connection with the expansion campaign of the Agency. Individual must have a Masters degree in social work, nursing, counseling, public health or a social service-related discipline. Candidate must have excellent organizational and problem solving skills, initiative, a collaborative philosophy, be flexible, and able to work effectively with diverse groups of people. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, decision-making abilities and leadership skills. Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is mandatory. AIDS Arms, Inc. is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
