I have used the Center’s services before, but I don’t
know my login.

I am new to the Center and don’t have an account. How
do I create one?

How do I update my phone number, e-mail and/or other contact
information?
- Login to your account.
- Click “Edit” next to your Profile name.
- Update your information.
- Click “Submit” to update the account.
How do I update the contact information for my agency?
The Primary Contact for the organization maintains the profile for the
organization including the contact information and staff roster. If
your organization already has a Primary Contact assigned, that person
may login to manage the organization’s profile. If you do not
know the primary contact, e-mail info@cnmdallas.org
with your organization’s name to request the primary contact for
your organization.
I don’t know my organization’s Primary Contact,
how do I find out who it is?
E-mail info@cnmdallas.org to
request the name of your primary contact or change the primary contact
for your organization.
I would like to become a member to receive membership discounts
and other benefits, how do I join?
If you are staff or board of a nonprofit agency, you would want to join
as an Agency Member. The Primary Contact for the agency may Login
to renew the membership or click
here to join/renew.
If your organization has never been a member, you can create
a new organizational account and join now.
If you are an individual interested in membership but are not affiliated
with a nonprofit, you can join as an Individual
Member.

My organization is a member of the Center. How do we maintain
the organization’s account and membership?
The Primary Contact for the organization maintains the profile for the
organization including the contact information and membership information.
To update the organizational information or renew your membership, the
primary contact may Login and
update the account. If you do not know the primary contact, e-mail info@cnmdallas.org
with your organization’s name to request the primary contact for
your organization.
What’s the difference between an Agency and Individual
Membership?
Agency Memberships are for nonprofit organizations where benefits apply
to all staff and board members of that organization. Individual Memberships
are for individuals interested in the nonprofit community who do not
currently work for, or serve on the board of a nonprofit agency.
My agency is a member, but when I try to register for classes
it gives me non-member pricing. How do I get the member pricing?
The membership for your organization may have expired or this may mean
your record is not included on the organization’s Staff Roster.
Contact the Primary Contact for your agency and ask that they add you
to the Staff Roster for the organization. If you do not know your Primary
Contact or if you’d like to check the membership status for your
agency, e-mail info@cnmdallas.org
with the organization name.
