A comprehensive organizational assessment of your agency's management and governance development. Using tools developed by the Center, a consultant will review and make recommendations in the following areas: Board of Directors, Executive Director, Financial Management, Fund Development, Human Resource Management, and Strategic and Operational Planning. The assessment includes a survey of your internal constituents, document review, and extensive interviews with key staff and board personnel. A written report of the findings and recommendations is provided, and a presentation summarizing the results of the report is made to your board. |
